The Federal government has been seeking to expand it’s power for years, and President Obama has insisted that because he was a professor of Constitutional law he somehow is more equipped and capable to teach us how this country should run and why we must obey whatever he says.
He therefore jammed Obamacare through Congress with not one Republican supporter, and then somehow conned the Supreme Court into affirming that U.S. citizens MUST purchase insurance or be fined. This is typical of the lawless Obama administration, and we have truly become a banana republic, though that is not how the Constitution is written.

The Federal governments seems to think that the citizens only own property leave of the government, and in essence that is true.
If a person buys a piece of property and pays property taxes on it, that is a form of rent paid to the government, and the government can seize that property and push the rightful owner off of that land if the taxes are not paid. How then does someone own a piece of property if the government can demand rent and evict if that rent or tax is not paid? It is stunning when seen this in the broad context, and true students of the Consititution will recognize the con that we have all bought in to.
The latest land and power battle is over father and son ranchers in Oregon by the name of Hammond went to jail on an arson charge. In 2002 and 2006, these ranchers decided to clear some brush and overgrowth on their ranch land by conducting a controlled burn, a very common activity in large areas such as their ranch in Oregon. The fire accidentally spread onto federal lands but was put out by the ranchers without any help from the feds. However, the Federal government still charged the ranchers with arson and are determined to jail them for 5 years each. Incidentally, the Federal land is flourishing, is now less of a wild fire hazard, and no properties were damaged in the incident.
The Constitutional attorney in the following video cites the Hammond case, but then goes on to instruct us on why it is only a small part of the huge overreach of the Federal government, as shown by the Constitutional limitations that the Federal government has been ignoring.

No the Hammond’s where poaching deer, and lit a fire to hide the evidence. I live in fucking Oregon, I’ve lived in Harney County, and the Hammond’s are assholes. An example is they didn’t like their kids tattoo so they took it off with a belt sander. The whole fucking town knows they’re slime.
This might be the case. If you live there, you would know. However, it’s not what they are charged with and they were not afforded due process of law. Currently sentencing them twice for the same alleged crime is a violation of their 5th amendment right to not be put in jeopardy of life or freedom twice for the same offense. Hence, double jeopardy.
If what you say is true, and I have no reason to doubt you; why were those charges not filed with the courts?
In closing, they might be complete “slime” as you call them but they are still to be afforded the same rights and freedoms as every other American.

They’ve “voted,” played to win, cooperated diplomatically, legally, and financially. They’ve been ruined, broken, run off their land and into prison. (TWICE NOW!! Illegally…without due process in a “fair” hearing. They were railroaded!)
What is happening there, “has to happen somewhere!”
“They” know it, and WE know it! This inspires real discussion of both revolution and civil war.
Two real time elements in play, that will tip the axis of power!
As the paradigm shift unfolds, EVERYTHING relative to a sovereign nation lay on the line.
This leads me to wonder, (especially after the presidents response to “Destroy the ranch!”) WHO WILL SOUND OFF FIRST? While the main stream media is being sanitized, the independents are being run out of Dodge!
It’s one thing to destroy a family and their ranch. It’s another to crush a Resistance Rising.
America needs to fully understand and comprehend the underlying intent of these red blooded patriots. NOT ONE OF THEM IS A TERRORIST! They want peace, not a bloody showdown or a tyrannical land grab!
This is simply cause and effect. A chain of events in action! Action by the people, for the people, in a constitutionally justifiable stand against criminal government, guilty of countless crimes and absurdities!
The Government has perversely overstepped its established boundaries, and limitations! The Fed knows this, and will stop at NOTHING to save face, and suppress the American Patriot.

“They” are going to get, what “they,” (the Fed) want! Most likely by lethal force. Much like Waco, both the BLM, and the FBI will be implemented as death squads, on the coat tails of public conditioning and tolerance.
This is cast and molded for a third term nobody wants to “allow.” NEVERTHELESS, this has to happen. This is going to happen. Be it outside of the capacities of the “law” or not. Due process has been whitewashed, and fast tracked (to the interest of the Fed, and paid officials) to arrive at this fulcrum point.
Though these men, women and children are few in comparison to a posse of hired guns, what we have her is nothing short of a #RESISTANCERISING!!!!!
They need numbers, as it’s clear that diplomacy and “conversations” mean nothing, going nowhere for decades, if even in the courts!
Point and case?
The only peaceful endgame as I see it, is to return these families to their land immediately! They are to be restored rightfully, and IN FULL! No fences, no restrictions and no meddling. NO STRINGS ATTACHED!
(I feel they are due reimbursement and damages!)
