The following video should be seen by every person who is concerned with the power of the federal government in each of our lives. It clearly shows that we are being swamped by policies, procedures, and actions that are clearly unconstitutional, and that our way of government, as established by the founding fathers, is slipping away.
This video should be shown to every high school civics class in the nation. Unfortunately, the schools are now under the federal Department of Education, so you can bet it will be the last thing the kids are shown. But it is a clarion call to help educate us regarding the reach of the Federal government.

If the land belongs to the people, as you first state, then where does government get the authority or responsibility to take anything? If it’s “supposed” to, as you say, then that authority has to be granted somewhere. The Constitution says nothing about government being able to, or that it is “supposed to,” “take” anything, even if it’s “for the public good” or “needs and use.” Congress and/or the President cannot simply assume that power or authority because again, the Constitution does not grant them that power. If you watched the video you should understand that as this Constitutional Attorney even cites the references making clear the limitations of government power. If anything, this should be understood by everyone: the Constitution isn’t there to stop government from doing certain things allowing it to do anything else, it is there to allow government only specific things in order to limit its power, and even states that any power not granted to the federal government is reserved for the states.

Is it not true that Libertarians don’t represent a party, but a philosophy? Who contributed to the mess that the US is now in? The members of the two anointed “parties”. And the Libertarians aren’t them. At this time, this country needs a change in govt. Libertarians are in the position to say “STOP” to the party line boxers in the govt ring. Period! No need to get dragged into the weeds with questions like “Where do you stand on legalizing drugs? Marijuana? On abortion? Planned Parenthood? Fed lands vs State lands? Foreign Policy? Border security? ” BTW I have yet to hear questions about the National Debt or govt spending, Has voting for either of the anointed parties improved conditions in America? Cut our taxes? Ended the abortion controversy? Protected our property rights? Right to privacy? Right to due process? Made us more secure? Improve the quality of education or health care? My point. Ever since the govt, the Demo-Repub Congress, abused it’s Constitutional limitations, this county, our lives and freedom have been usurped! The time is past trying to educate Americans as to who the Libertarians are and where they stand on specific issues. The question Libertarian candidates should ask is ” Why should you vote for the Libertarians?” And the answer is simple: “To put a stop to the blatant abuses and violations of the govt authority and duties enumerated the Constitution!” Under the Constitution the govt’s only function was to protect our unalienable rights. The reason WE created govt. Philosophies don’t change, but party lines do!

No govt is allowed to own property, it belongs to a man or woman’s trust estate property they have stolen by switch and bait of a fraud 3rd party no disclosure investment not a mortgage or loan … lands are private for people to enjoy, are we no? Kicked out and abused … all corrupt from what I can see☺️
