The beautiful thing about America is that though its people have myriad differences between themselves and their neighbors, there is room for everybody to live the way they want to. So long as no one is hurt, citizens are free to operate and interact with others as they please. And of course, a big part of living is having a home to one’s liking.
Unfortunately, we have gone from the idea that a person’s home is their castle to the notion that one’s home is just another place for the government to stick its nose into. So not only are the possessions we keep in our houses subjected to their rule, but the very buildings we call home are as well.

Where is this happening ?
I would think they create a sense of protection from the elements for the homeless.
They are idiots, the tiny homes help the homeless, stay safe, warm and dry
It’s ALL about control… their way.
… well I personally liked the solar tiny homes idea for the homeless, rather than the tents. They not only look much nicer, but they give them safety, and peace. If the city did not like the location, what about moving them to another location and actually building a small community with showers, bathrooms, food preparation, (where people could drop off supplies to actually help them) But instead, they would rather take them to destroy, and toss their personal belongings (which is mean spirited) and leave them with nothing again? How inhumane!! What terror? Really? Terror of actually seeing homeless people? Terror of them actually getting some help? Not everyone has it easy, and can pay rent, electricity, afford food, warm clothing, blankets, etc. These people need help, not treated worse than a stray animal.
B******t!
They wonder why church’s and other Christian organizations do more? They are shut down by local and state governments when they try and feed and house the homeless.
That’s California how dare they treat the homeless like that
Need a petition on change.org to remove the government officials who approved this disgusting act towards the homeless and have it sent to President Trump.
And sleeping on the streets is better? What kind of logic is that?
