The beautiful thing about America is that though its people have myriad differences between themselves and their neighbors, there is room for everybody to live the way they want to. So long as no one is hurt, citizens are free to operate and interact with others as they please. And of course, a big part of living is having a home to one’s liking.
Unfortunately, we have gone from the idea that a person’s home is their castle to the notion that one’s home is just another place for the government to stick its nose into. So not only are the possessions we keep in our houses subjected to their rule, but the very buildings we call home are as well.

Illegals and “refugees” matter more to these psycho hypocritical libs more than our own homeless. That’s so sad.
It’s nice to know you guys do exist though. Terrible what all the psycho libs continue to do to your state. I’m so sorry.
Thanks it has been frustrating for some time it is nice that it is now so bad that it is in the open…so we dont feel alone.
We have been talking about becoming 2 separate states but we would have to get them to want it too…not going to happen we in the rural farms provide food & water so they kinda need us!
These liberals don’t want the country to succeed why would they not want to help people with shelter I just don’t understand!
The name or names of the people or person responsible for ordering them to be torn down needs to be known and then should have to explain the justification for tearing them down, not just some sweeping statement that has no true explanation, I mean an explanation that has facts to back it up. Thinking maybe someone in the Presidents administration look into why there was a need to tear down places for homeless to live without so much as a single bit of proper process.
That black$#%&!@*needs to have her face kicked in
What in the world is wrong with the government in California? Stupid and lack of common sense doesn’t even touch it.
Terror a being homeless, not the size of your home.
So sad for those folks, destroying was a sin! Hopefully the good people in your state will see how good your idea for the homelss, and will donate some land.
Did you watch it? I don’t know who put it out but its a great story about a musician who started a non-profit that builds tiny houses for the homeless as temporary shelter until the government gets their 10 year plan to house them together. A few of the houses were seized by officials after homeowners complained about how they effected property values but the homes were given back in the end. I thought it was a cool solution for homelessness and the guy who started the program was an amazing person. No one is forced or required to live in the homes and the people who were given them loved them. Please watch it, its not what you think.
