Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

Tina DaRosa you need to read and be educated. Visitors in this country are not under the jurisdiction of this country. They have consulates and lose their right to be in this country if they break the law. Their kids are not citizens of this country. Illegal aliens are not under the jurisdiction of this country. They are trespassers and are breaking the law. By law they are suppose to be deported. Their kids are not citizens of this country. The constitution of Mexico say that if a Mexican man and a Mexican woman have a child while they are abroad, that child is Mexican, if a Mexican man has a child with a foreign woman that child is Mexican, if a Mexican woman has a child by an unknown man, that child is Mexican. Mexico spells it out. Kenya’s constitution says if a child is born to a Kenyan man or woman that child is Kenyan. That is just 2 examples. Every country has their own constitution. Anchor kids are the rightful citizen of the country of their parents. At most they have a dual citizenship when given one in the USA.
