Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

i agree if your parents are not citizens it doesnt matter if your mother gives birth here you are not a citizen. we have immigratioin laws that must be honored and it isnt just to legalize a baby and his parents to be illegal so until the parents apply for citizenship and get it no baby born here from non citizens will become automatic citizens sorry

The Chinese have been doing this more and more….even buying homes and flying pregnant women in so that the kid would be an american citizen.
China has a robust “tourist industry” that caters to pregnant women. They plan a “sightseeing tour” of the US right around the projected birthdate.
The law was INTENDED for slaves after they were freed, PERIOD !! LIBERAL POLITICIANS decided it covered anyone who sneaks in here=WRONG !!!!!!!!! This needs to be clarified/fixed by Congress.
