Illegal immigrants have just been shown the door. A federal court judge has erred on the side of reason, deciding that the children of illegal immigrants are not entitled to US citizenship. This must be disappointing for illegals looking to suckle on American rights and entitlements without the hassle of actually becoming Americans or troubling to pay taxes like the rest of us.

The billions of dollars that are sucked out of our economy would go a long way to help our own citizens. This thought that just because these kids are born on American soil to people here illegally are automatically US citizens is beyond belief. You have to be a special kind of stupid to believe that nonsense. The people that are here legally are afforded a slew of rights and benefits, the people here illegally have zero rights. Tell me of another country in the world, including Mexico, that would provide criminals the benefits that they are given here….there’s no where else, period.
This is what the 14th amendment says, EMPHASIS ADDED. “1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, AND SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” That means persons born to visiting diplomats, tourists, illegal aliens, and others who are NOT SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are not citizens.

Alot of people come here for the soul purpose of anchor babies so they have their foot in the door here. It should be made illegal and it would put a stop to alot of this illegal immigration.
Yes, keep families together, ship the entire family back to Mexico! If the legal ones weren’t encouraging the illegal ones to jump the border the problem of separating families would not exist, so if everybody gets shipped home there’s no humanitarian problem.
