Alleged cop killer Shannon Miles faces the death penalty for the killing of Harris County Deputy Darren Goforth. District Attorney Devon Anderson read the charges, that included shooting the deputy a total of fifteen times.
Miles allegedly shot the peace officer execution-style at a gas station last Friday night while the officer was filling his patrol car gas station in northwest Houston.

Why say alleged when they have him on film killing Deputy Goforth?
I don’t like this word, “alleged”. What the heck does this mean? This guy is either the murderer or he is not. We’re there witnesses or did he confess? Was there DNA? How can an “alleged” person face the death pently?
