3D Chess: Trump Fools Liberals into Demanding Investigation into Election Fraud

Leftists are all in a twitter (literally and figuratively) regarding Trump’s announcement today that he has signed an executive order to cobble together a commission on election integrity.  The stated purpose of the commission is to investigate voter fraud and voter suppression in the election systems nationwide.

ABC has summed up the story in a variety of ways, but the gist of this is that Liberals are giddy with joy, missing the Big Picture and completely tunnel-vision focused on the “Russian hacking” aspect of the commission.  While explaining that the Attorney General Jeff Sessions has recused himself of being involved in the commission’s investigative work, ABC reporters are quick to point out that they are not sure if the people who WILL be involved are to be trusted with transparency of their findings.

Ironically, they are completely missing the fact that Trump has just fooled Liberals into actually demanding an investigation into election fraud (something they have been resisting for decades) by allowing them to believe that this is really about the Russians.  This is one of the reasons I believe that Donald Trump and his administration have purposefully gone ahead with the firing of Comey in order to work these Liberals up into a frenzy, flailing in all directions as they call for investigations and impeachment.

President Donald Trump has signed an executive order today establishing a commission to review alleged voter fraud and voter suppression in the American election system.

Vice President Mike Pence and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach were announced today as the Chair and Vice Chair of the bipartisan “Presidential Commission on Election Integrity.”

“The commission will review policies and practices that enhance or undermine the American people’s confidence in the integrity of federal elections and provide the president with a report that identifies system vulnerabilities that lead to improper registrations and voting,” Deputy press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said today in announcing the executive order.

As you read the paragraph above, I’d like you to take special note of something that most will overlook in their fervor for the “meat” of the story.  ABC linked several of the terms contained in the first line of the report in an attempt to appear objective.  I removed three links above (one “President Donald Trump” and the other “executive order”).  The last is the “voter suppression” link.  Notice that there are two things that the commission will be investigating:  voter fraud and voter suppression.  Only one of these is linked.  Why is voter suppression linked and not the other?

The answer is as sinister as it is ridiculous.
