As the prime minister of Cambodia, he ordered an official genocide against his people and massacred, this is the highest percentage of his citizens while he was in control. He was responsible for the displacement of millions of Cambodians and forced people into slave labor. During his reign, many people were hanged, clubbed buried alive and hanged. He kept the skull of people he annihilated as trophies. During his reign, he eliminated between 21-33% of his country’s population that is about 1-3 million Cambodians before dying of natural causes in 1998.

Interesting, but very poorly written for an informative article.
Also, Vlad The Impaler wasn’t the monster he is made out to be. He was a good Christian man defending his people and Europe from the muslims. Did he impale his turkish enemies? Yes. As a terror tactic. Everything else was propaganda to strike fear into the hearts of the Ottoman Turks.
