4. Mao Zedong
This Chinese dictator ruled from 1943-1976 and was responsible for making China red with blood. He promised to make China a Superpower and to achieve this; he created the greatest famine and genocide in history. Millions starved and were executed while in the labor camps. At least 5 million people lost their lives in executions while 30-45 million passed away from starvation and diseases, 700,000 people took their lives. He died from a nervous system disease in 1976.

Also, Vlad The Impaler wasn’t the monster he is made out to be. He was a good Christian man defending his people and Europe from the muslims. Did he impale his turkish enemies? Yes. As a terror tactic. Everything else was propaganda to strike fear into the hearts of the Ottoman Turks.
