2. Idi Amin Dada
He was a Ugandan dictator who would drink his enemy’s blood and force his people to watch executions. He ruled Uganda from 1971-1979. He was a charmer and promised his people everything that they wanted to get elected. He is perhaps Africa’s most ruthless tyrant, and some of the worst public prosecutions of politicians, soldiers, lawyers, religious leaders, and children were shown on live TV. At least 4000 people were thrown into crocodile infested waters. He was rumored to be a proud cannibal and mutilated his wives and drank his enemy’s blood. By the end of hid reign, he had taken the lives of more than 500,000 Ugandans.

Interesting, but very poorly written for an informative article.
Also, Vlad The Impaler wasn’t the monster he is made out to be. He was a good Christian man defending his people and Europe from the muslims. Did he impale his turkish enemies? Yes. As a terror tactic. Everything else was propaganda to strike fear into the hearts of the Ottoman Turks.
