Of the many idiotic things that have been said about Dr. King, perhaps the most ridiculous is the constant claim by the modern Party of the Jackass is that Martin Luther King was a Democrat. While there are no registration documents to prove it one way or the other, the fact remains that at the time that Dr. King was engaged in the struggle for true equality for Black Americans, the Democrat Party was strict, unrelenting and cruel segregationists.
By the very nature and thrust of his speeches, King is said by 90% of political scholars with no Leftist ax to grind to have “most likely” been a Republican. If you doubt it, read the transcript of his very famous (and easy to find) “I Have A Dream…” speech and you’ll find your answer.
Aside from the fact that modern Democrats attempt to crush Christianity whenever it appears, the Jackass Party of today derides and intimidates those who express the very moral ideals of a man they claim to admire.

““Our sources, and I’ve checked in with many of them, they’re not confirming that tonight,” he said. “And how many times has the New York Times and others gotten it wrong?”
Well, he didn’t check Fox News as a source because they CONFIRMED the New York Times report! So, Sean Hannity, you win Trump’s “F**e News Award”!
