This is very disturbing but the school listed in this article is incorrect. The incident occurred at the University of Georgia (UGA). In addition, there is no University of Southern Georgia, There is, however, a Georgia Southern University whose character may be besmirched by this misprint. Threatening others based on affiliation is not constitutionally protected speech, and a group that promotes this view should be disbanded.
