Obama, after delaying the decision for months, has dispatched warships to the South China Sea, which China has threatened to confront that presence with a warship buildup of its own. The South China Sea is becoming a crowded chess set, or more accurately, a naval powder keg. Amid concerns with ISIS and Russian obstinence and European secutiry concerns with the immigrant crisis, Obama has dropped the ball on another foreign policy choice.
