Is this becoming some kind of national trend?
More and more officers in uniform are being refused service at restaurants. Fast food employees apparently need a refresher course in customer service. In the latest case, a Whataburger employee has been fired after turning away two North Texas police officers from a Lewisville location. The story is related by the officers on the next page:
Don’t go there the hamburger stinks
This is kind of old, isn’t it time to move on?
Whinny, sniveling, spineless, liberals…..do nothings, that want $15.00 per hour, for next to nothing. Get a real job, or enlist and fight for your country, or for something that risks your life for others.
The employee should be fired.
There are getting the orders from someone higher up. And somehow it must be leaked out who’s giving those orders
well no one wants them around when they are around dogs and cats and pet birds no one can afford to have them around ..
This occured because of an employee who did a stupid thing. I know that this in no way represents Whataburger policy and or procedures. In the article Whataburger states that the employee was fired and they offered many appologies to the police force and especially the specific policeman. Don’t trash a good company due to one or more employees that does something stupid. JimF

It’s time to shoot their f’n a**es!. The BS has to stop!
I was in Chipolte the other day and 3 policemen were in line. The restaurant graciously said your meal is paid. Big smiles too.
