Retired US Army General and the former Supreme Allied Commander of Europe for NATO Wesley Clark states that we need to identify those people “mostly likely to be radicalized”, like people who feel alienated from society, and get other members of the community to “reach out and bring them back in.”

Gen (ret) Clark has been through the wringer. He is an upstanding American and patriot. VERY good man. I followed him, and Gen (ret) Carter F Ham into combat. Both good Americans
