Retired US Army General and the former Supreme Allied Commander of Europe for NATO Wesley Clark states that we need to identify those people “mostly likely to be radicalized”, like people who feel alienated from society, and get other members of the community to “reach out and bring them back in.”
So first, he calls for a socialist society. Let’s snitches that identify those ‘loners’ who fit into society and get other people to pressure them into ‘rejoining the group.’

Every 2 years every position in government should be up for review. If the review is positive they continue until the next evaluation. If negative they go to prison or are hanged. Depending on the severity of their incompetence.
