Retired US Army General and the former Supreme Allied Commander of Europe for NATO Wesley Clark states that we need to identify those people “mostly likely to be radicalized”, like people who feel alienated from society, and get other members of the community to “reach out and bring them back in.”
So first, he calls for a socialist society. Let’s snitches that identify those ‘loners’ who fit into society and get other people to pressure them into ‘rejoining the group.’

How do you or whoever decides by what laws whether a person is disloyal and in what way?
I think that there would have to be some laws that Americans can read to know what these laws entail and know who wrote and put this through Congress and with the right to put this in action.
