In an attempt to curb violent crime in the state, Oklahoma legislators are proposing a ban on hoodies, According to AJC:
Imagine paying a $500 fine for wearing a hoodie in public.
Oklahoma Senator Don Barrington said his proposal is meant to help victims of crimes and keep streets safer.
It’s already illegal in Oklahoma to wear hoodies while committing a crime.
Hopefully the law never actually gets passed and people in Oklahoma are able to wear what they want.
