The newest Party of the Jackass performance art was on full display on…where else…MSNBC where Maxine Waters (D-CA) took on the role (once again) of Paulette Revere (the Russians are coming!) and calling for the impeachment of Donald Trump.
The evidence? Well, you see, it’s not as important about what the evidence IS, but more about what we BELIEVE to be the case. Waters said on multiple occasions that she “believes” that President Trump lied and committed acts of unspeakable horror, enough so that he needs to be immediately hung in the town square. She even went after his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who (she said) committed acts of unspeakable horror. I believe she may also be calling for the impeachment of the First Lady and Barron Trump as well (might as well get all the liars up for impeachment).
While I’m not exactly sure if Misrepresentative Waters actually understands the impeachment process, choosing rather to hearken back to her youth when Nixon was possibly going to be impeached (that’s right, Millennials, he was not actually impeached, although I’m sure that’s what they teach you in school) and decided instead to resign the office. I’m thinking that she “believes” that an impeachment actually means getting kicked out of the Oval Office; although how she explains Bill Clinton hanging on the presidency after actually being impeached is a mystery (yes, Millennials, he really was).
With all the “belief” going around in her head, maybe she can also believe that Islamic terrorism doesn’t exist, or that California is actually not broke, or that Obama is still the president. Maybe that might shut her up for a couple of days.
Then again…
The ‘public’ just want to have a reasonable well operating Federal Government that isn’t ripping them-off! We have that now! It’s struggling against the ‘disingenuous’ civil-servant monopoly! (John)
