A writer at the Washington Post has a proposition to heal the racial divide: give blacks reparations in the form of having their vote count more than whites.
Theodore R. Johnson, current Ph.D candidate in law and policy at Northeastern University, believes the racial divide will not resolve until some form reparations are made.

How about this….if a person has a job and hasn’t lived off the system for any lengthy time can vote. How about if you have paid into social security for more than 5 years, you can vote. How about if your a home owner you can vote. How about if you pay taxes you can vote. How about if you havnt done any of the above you can’t vote….
