A writer at the Washington Post has a proposition to heal the racial divide: give blacks reparations in the form of having their vote count more than whites.
Theodore R. Johnson, current Ph.D candidate in law and policy at Northeastern University, believes the racial divide will not resolve until some form reparations are made.

Really. No offense, I have many African American friends. Highly intelligent ones, but looking at Baltimore where they voted Democrat all but 17 of 144 years and want to blame whites and Republicans for their troubles, where they have received double the education money per student as most every where else in America, but their SAT Scores are far below average, do you really believe that instills faith in their ability to make good decisions? They have received generous handouts of stimulus money yet they are still in poverty and unemployment. And in further signs of brilliance they burn down their community successfully eliminating more jobs, loot the stores, and hope, nay, demand for FEMA money. Right, you were only joking, correct?
