A writer at the Washington Post has a proposition to heal the racial divide: give blacks reparations in the form of having their vote count more than whites.
Theodore R. Johnson, current Ph.D candidate in law and policy at Northeastern University, believes the racial divide will not resolve until some form reparations are made.

I am all in favor of reparations! Under these terms;
1. anyone applying must prove direct bloodlines to an owned slave, not by marriage, I.e. in laws etc.
2. They must have NEVER received any kind of governmental assistance. No good stamps, no adc NOTHING! If they have received aid them they have already received compensation.
3. Be it know people of all races can apply. However the slavery must have been done in the U.S.
Under these terms I agree. I seriously doubt we will have to pay anything!!!
