A writer at the Washington Post has a proposition to heal the racial divide: give blacks reparations in the form of having their vote count more than whites.
Theodore R. Johnson, current Ph.D candidate in law and policy at Northeastern University, believes the racial divide will not resolve until some form reparations are made.

Another person who believes that blacks are entitled to some form of restitution for action that took place over 150 years ago. Well I do agree to one thing we do owe restitution to any person who was a slave of which lone are alive today. As for those individuals today the only this you are entitled to are the same opportunities everyone else and nothing more!
