A writer at the Washington Post has a proposition to heal the racial divide: give blacks reparations in the form of having their vote count more than whites.
Theodore R. Johnson, current Ph.D candidate in law and policy at Northeastern University, believes the racial divide will not resolve until some form reparations are made.

Do you have the same rights as the rest of us in the United States? Are the laws not the same for you as they are for everyone else in the United States? Do you own all of your clothes? Do you have a home? Do you have a car? Do you have food on your table? Electricity? Heat? Money in your bank account? Do you have a job? If you have all of these then you are not opressed. So still wondering why the hell you think you’re entitled to reparations. Simple: You’re Not!!!
