After researchers reported their discovery that the Pentagon ‘lost’ $21 trillion between 1998 and 2015, it was like shining a bright light on the swamp Trump promised to drain if he was elected. It is also a huge motivation to ‘shoot out the lights’. It wouldn’t be the first time.
Just the day before the 9/11 attack, Donald Rumsfeld, former, Bush Defense Secretary mentioned that $2.3 trillion had been found “unaccounted for” by the Pentagon.
The documents needed to investigate that issue further were stored right in the spot the Pentagon was struck. Discussion of the missing money ended in the national conversation in the wake of the day’s tragedies.

A new report by Dr. Mark Skidmore, a professor of economics at Michigan State University, and Catherine Austin Fitts, former assistant secretary of housing analyzed the budgets of both the Department of Defense (DOD) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and discovered that these two departments alone lost over $21 trillion in taxpayer funds between 1998 and 2015.
The report says the Pentagon claims these losses are a direct result of “unsupported journal voucher adjustments” in the departments’ budgets, but whether the missing taxpayer dollars were taken by government personnel or private sector companies, that’s 21 trillion reasons to want Trump out of the way.
Here’s how Adams frames the idea:
“The deep state will do anything and everything to get Trump out of office,” Adams said. If they have to shoot Air Force One out of the sky, they will. If they have to kill tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of Americans, the deep state will do it because they don’t care, they only need Trump gone. “Would they drop a nuke on Seattle to kill Trump? You bet they would,” Adams says. “The deep state is desperately trying to cling to power.”
