As the FBI continues to stonewall the public regarding the progress of their investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server, pundits and experts alike remain at odds regarding the process and the outcome.
Much like General David Petraeus, Hillary Clinton is under investigation for the improper possession and storage of classified data on her private server that she used for her emails while secretary of state (2009 – 2012). Unlike General Petraeus, however, this issue has not come to a swift conclusion, and oh yeah, Hillary Clinton is running for President of the United States of America.
The FBI has given all indications that their investigation will soon reach its conclusion, but those on the outside hardly know anything more than when the investigation launched last year. This has led to widespread speculation by experts and pundits as to the trajectory and outcome of the case.
Recently, Bill O’Reilly discussed the investigation with Judge Andrew Napolitano on The O’Reilly Factor, where Napolitano proclaimed he is “100-percent certain” that the FBI and Justice Department have enough evidence to indict and convict the Democratic White House hopeful. To watch Judge Nap’s remarks and read why — despite the evidence — he’s not convinced she will even be indicted, continue reading on the next page:

Ok now move on it she’s guilty charge her
Yet she still is in the Presidential Race. I pray for the US. I pray that God has mercy on these souls and that it is not to late!!
It is proof that the Democratic pary does not care about national security and how corrupt ‘the system’ is.
Garry Kellogg, she could easily be convicted on any of those charges. Then, the FBI can continue to investigate other charges and leads bringing subsequent charges against her while she’s incarcerated.
As for the Butcher, I was an Intelligence Operations coordinator. I heard several stations call in to DC reporting they were in position to assist. I heard DC order each one of them to stand down.
That’s painful for a 21 year veteran to hear.
Don’t EVER make those accusations without knowing who the he’ll you’re talking to.
She makes our crooked judicial system look like$#%&!@* ! From Comey to all evolved …SOOOOOOO SAD! !
I agree
We had the first black president and he didn’t make the grade we expected, so what makes us think the first woman president can do it?
Guilty as charged !!
But it hasn’t overwhelmed her protecters.
Her accomplishments are negative. As First Lady she produced a health bill not one Democrat could vote for. Her Travelgate firing was a major ethics controversy of the Clinton presidency and an embarrassment for the administration as were Watergate, Chinagate, Whitewater, Filegate, Lootgate, and cattle-futures. Recent revelations tell how unethical she was as well as prone to violent bursts of anger, according to her White House personnel.
Her Senate career was filled with bluster and talk with no major accomplishment. There is not one single example of any legislation with her name appended to it. If she is the effective legislator she claims to be, she’d be able find co-sponsors across the aisle who shared her commitment to specific issues.
Then we have her State Department career and the challenge to show she was responsible for the death of four Americans, including our ambassador. As Secretary of State she has the responsibility to protect these personnel. There were numerous requests made for additional protection of the unfortified annex as every foreign mission plus the Red Cross left citing the terrorist danger. These requests were rejected. Claiming it was “too dangerous to send help” they didn’t understand that is the combat soldier’s mission.

She orchestrated the overthrow of an anti-jihadist Ghadaffi which created another terrorist state in Libya. She labeled Assad a “reformer,” deteriorated relations with Israel, and proved clueless that withdrawal of forces in Iraq would give the radicals a foothold. Her reset with Russia reset another cold war and her silence on the Iran deal shows her support enabling Iran to become a nuclear, industrial and military power in the scope and sophistication of its nuclear program and its capacity to weaponize ICBMs at a time of its choosing. The world became more dangerous during her tenur
