Throughout recent negotiations to reduce international restrictions on Iran, the country’s leaders have continually engaged in ‘saber rattling’. In some cases, Iran has even overtly threatened the United States and Western allies in the midst of talks.
As part of the nuclear deal with Iran, international sanctions will be removed, freeing up about $150 billion of Iranian capital. United States National Security Adviser, Susan Rice, admitted some disturbing information to CNN’s Wolf Blitzer regarding the limits on what that hostile nation could use the funds for. Baptist is christian. I will not try and explain to you again just how wonderful these women that died were. You obviously can’t know if you didn’t know them. You know what YOU know. That’s why religion is so dangerous. Closed minds. Rigidity. Not willing to see things, or learn things that make you uncomfortable.
I was raised Baptist… My husband has a Masters in Theology from the Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary…Old school Baptists don’t believe that you can still be baptized in the Holy Spirit, or move in the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit to see miracles today, Which is a misunderstanding that robs them of the fullness of all God has for them… I am in the process of writing a book of my testimony as a Baptist girl who got to know her God and now have done exploits! God is awesome!!!

HOW TO Live a Blessed Life
By Gloria Garner
I hear ministers trying to reason with people about how to live a blessed life. But many times there must be some kind of blinder keeping them from seeing, understanding or receiving. We can reason with them until we are blue in the face. But they personally need to ask the Lord to remove the blinders and help them see and understand. Here are the prayers that the Lord showed me to pray to finally be able to enter into living the blessed life that God has for each one of us:
2 Corinthians 4:3-4 New King James Version (NKJV)
3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
2 Corinthians 3:14-18 New King James Version (NKJV)
14 But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. 15 But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. 16 Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. 18 But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
Ask the Lord to give you eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart to understand! Ask Him to prepare your heart to be good ground to receive His word!
Matthew 13:13-23 New King James Version (NKJV)
13 Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. 14 And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says:
‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand,
And seeing you will see and not perceive;
15 For the hearts of this people have grown dull.
Their ears are hard of hearing,
And their eyes they have closed,
Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,
Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,
So that I should heal them.’
16 But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear; 17 for $#%&!@*uredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.
The Parable of the Sower Explained
18 “Therefore hear the parable of the sower: 19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside. 20 But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; 21 yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles. 22 Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. 23 But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”
Repent and Ask the Lord to: Create in me a clean heart!
Psalm 51:9-10 New King James Version (NKJV)
9 Hide Your face from my sins,
And blot out all my iniquities.
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Ask the Lord to take out the stony heart and put in a heart of flesh!
Ezekiel 11:19-21 New King James Version (NKJV)
19 Then I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them, and take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh, 20 that they may walk in My statutes and keep My judgments and do them; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God. 21 But as for those whose hearts follow the desire for their detestable things and their abominations, I will recompense their deeds on their own heads,” says the Lord GOD.
Ask the Lord to cause you to understand the fear of the Lord.
Proverbs 1:7 New King James Version (NKJV)
7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge,
But fools despise wisdom and instruction.
Proverbs 9:10 New King James Version (NKJV)
10 “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom,
And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
Proverbs 3:5-6 New King James Version (NKJV)
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.
Ask the Lord to give you a hunger and thirst for His Wisdom!
Proverbs 3:13-18 New King James Version (NKJV)
13 Happy is the man who finds wisdom,
And the man who gains understanding;
14 For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver,
And her gain than fine gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies,
And all the things you may desire cannot compare with her.
16 Length of days is in her right hand,
In her left hand riches and honor.
17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness,
And all her paths are peace.
18 She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her,
And happy are all who retain her.
Ask the Lord to give you an obedient heart to His Word and His Voice!
Deuteronomy 28 New King James Version (NKJV)
Blessings on Obedience
28 “Now it shall come to p$#%&!@*, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. 2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God: (See the entire chapter)
Curses on Disobedience
15 “But it shall come to p$#%&!@*, if you do not obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you: (See the entire chapter)
It’s not hard. It’s a simple choice. Ask the Lord to help you choose Life and Blessing!
Deuteronomy 30:14-20
14 But the word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may do it.
15 “See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil, 16 in that I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His statutes, and His judgments, that you may live and multiply; and the LORD your God will bless you in the land which you go to possess. 17 But if your heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn away, and worship other gods and serve them [Do your own thing: serve the devil/flesh], 18 I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess. 19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; 20 that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.”
Ask the Lord to give you a hunger and thirst to read and down-load His Word into your heart, mind, and soul! Ask Him to teach you His ways and cause you to love and enjoy reading through the Bible cover-to-cover over and over!
Joshua 1:8-9 New King James Version (NKJV)
The way to be Prosperous and have Good Success
8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”
Psalm 119:11
Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You
Ask the Lord to cause you to experience His Love. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you fall in love with God with all of your heart, mind, and soul.
Matthew 22:36-40 New King James Version (NKJV)
36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Renew your mind with the Word of God to know God’s Perfect Will!
Romans 12:1-2 New King James Version (NKJV)
12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Ask the Lord to keep you constantly hungry for His Word so the Truth can set you free!
John 8:31-36 New King James Version (NKJV)
The Truth Shall Make You Free
31 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
33 They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in $#%&!@* to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?”
34 Jesus answered them, “Most $#%&!@*uredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. 35 And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever. 36 Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.
Knowing the Scriptures makes you wise, complete and equipped!
2 Timothy 3:15-17 New King James Version (NKJV)
15 and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Hebrews 4:12 New King James Version (NKJV)
Power of the Word of God
12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
1 John 1:7-10 New King James Version (NKJV)
7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
1 John 2:1-5
New King James Version (NKJV)
2 My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. 2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
The Test of Knowing Him
3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.

And they did!! They were surrounded by other christians. They did all of that. And they died.
I had to focus on the Truth of God’s word, trust in the fact that He is a good God, and loving Father, as I walked through the life threatening ordeal. I could not look at cir$#%&!@*stances of others… narrow is the way, and there are few who find it. The devil will always come to whisper, “Hath God surely said?… Look at so-n-so, they died… I have learned to cut off the voice of the enemy and Jesus gave us the example of how to respond: Matthew 4New King James Version (NKJV)
Satan Tempts Jesus
Matthew 4:1 Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2 And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. 3 Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.”
4 But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’”
5 Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, 6 and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written:
‘He shall give His angels charge over you,’ and,
‘In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.’”
7 Jesus said to him, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.’”
8 Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”
10 Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you,[d] Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.’”
11 Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.
I will always look at others. I’m not going to wear blinders and not learn from life.
Already heard about it… I think Kerry’s daughter married to an Iranian carried some weight.
Out of curiosity, would you prefer to wait until we have a video of Iran putting a nuke warhead on a Russian built icbm pointed at Isreal or the U.S….or perhaps them selling the material for dirty bombs to the terrorists for use around the world before we say NO?
they already have a track record of hiding, lying and stonewalling inspectors.
