Here's President Obama trying to link the dismal failure of the Affordable Care Act's health insurance marketplaces to the government shutdown. Are we supposed to believe that the shutdown caused the trainwreck that is Obamacare in some way? Or was it just a poor idea, terribly implemented from the start?
