Veterans are being arrested by Secret Service for making anti-Obama Facebook posts, sometimes the very next day after creating a post – a practice which has been going on for quite some time.
All the while, our police force is being militarized at an alarming rate, with veterans being cited as one reason why. This is revealed in a statement made last month by Sgt. Dan Downing of the Morgan County, Ind. Sheriff’s Department, he stated “The weaponry is totally different now that it was in the beginning of my career, plus, you have a lot of people who are coming out of the military that have the ability and knowledge to build IEDs and to defeat law enforcement techniques.”

Look at history police were out gunned by the mob until they got Thompson sub machine guns. Police out gunned and bad guys had good body armor in the LA bank robbery. Fast forward to all the school shootings with home made bombs and to the Boston bombings. Police need assault rifles (you can by them )
As for armored vehicles they help protect police to get to the threat. They have used garbage trucks and brings trucks in the past . They are not armed with cannons they are transport vehicles . During the LA bank shoot out they could have been used to safely make it to the wounded that were pinned down.
Now in my opinion the local police and civilians are your only defense against a national government take over. We have already heard from a few sheriffs standing up against Obama and the Feds . To me Obamas goal is to dismantle your local police who consist of your neighbors and replace it with a national police force
Now this is the problem. I don’t want commie liberals to have this stuff at all. This includes Obama having any garrisons at home. However, I want the police to have anything and everything they can dream up, and use it with abandon against Anarchist, Communist, and Black Nationalist rioters.
