Veterans are being arrested by Secret Service for making anti-Obama Facebook posts, sometimes the very next day after creating a post – a practice which has been going on for quite some time.
All the while, our police force is being militarized at an alarming rate, with veterans being cited as one reason why. This is revealed in a statement made last month by Sgt. Dan Downing of the Morgan County, Ind. Sheriff’s Department, he stated “The weaponry is totally different now that it was in the beginning of my career, plus, you have a lot of people who are coming out of the military that have the ability and knowledge to build IEDs and to defeat law enforcement techniques.”

Do not be fooled by this sham prisoner exchange. My friends, this is a “Shiny Object” that is meant to get our attention off the realities of what is happening in America right now. Things like Benghazi hearings, IRS abuse, NSA intrusions, veterans abuse, and a host of other issues the administration wants to bury.
Consider the following as you contemplate the events that have unfolded in the past few days:
1) Bergdahl left his base in Afghanistan one evening in June of 2009. An investigation that was conducted immediately after his disappearance concluded that he had ‘Deserted’.
2) Bergdahl was heard making statements about joining the Taliban. Several men in his unit heard him say that he was going to leave his base and ” find the Taliban” as well as “walk to India” and “walk to China”. This man is a deserter.
3) His father posted a tweet expressing his intentions to see that all Guantanamo prisoners were released and to see that America was punished for all the Afghan children who had been killed.
4) At the news conference with Obama, Bergdahl’s father spoke in Arabic, “In the name of Allah, the most merciful and the most gracious”, which is the opening words of every chapter but one of the Koran.
5) The Taliban leaders who were released were all mid to upper level leaders of the Taliban.
So draw your own conclusions about the scam.
From my perspective, we need to immediately open a court martial on Bergdahl for desertion and start an investigation on the whole episode that led to the release of very dangerous Taliban leaders.
There is much more to this story than meets the eye and it is ugly.
