The Environmental Protection Agency was created in 1970 to address legitimate concerns regarding pollution and contaminants that were potentially dangerous and needed to be managed.
Since then, however, it has become a rogue federal agency of some 18,000 employees issuing unconstitutional mandates and living off of huge, unreasonable fines against businesses and individuals that it targets, and that do not have the means to fight the out-of-control behemoth. The EPA levied a fine against the Wal-Mart Corporation of $110 million for the improper disposal of pesticide products returned to their stores, and the list goes on.
Another story in the news deals with a 77-year old Montana resident who simply wanted to provide watering holes on his property for his horses and to protect his property from fire. The EPA instead has decided to make an example of the senior citizen and to completely destroy his life.

Several years ago National Geographic did an issue about China and after I read that I watch carefully what I buy. So much of the food is polluted with chemicals. You would be amazed at how much of our candy, especially the gummy stuff, comes from China. Stick to USA chocolates (Hershey and Mars) or Harebo gummies (a German company). I check all cat food and dog treats and only buy the ones with an American flag on them signifying that they are American made. Dog treats made overseas are especially bad.

The other problem with the EPA is its filled with the new college educated “eco-freaks” that really have no idea what they’re doing, they just follow the crappy guidelines that were pounded in their heads by their socialist professors. For years our Forestry dept and the logging industry followed directives on forest management that were taught us by the Native American people. Controlled burning being a major one, but now with all these idiots being in charge we lose thousands and thousands more of acres of trees than we should or would because the EPA and the eco-freaks new thinking..
