The Environmental Protection Agency was created in 1970 to address legitimate concerns regarding pollution and contaminants that were potentially dangerous and needed to be managed.
Since then, however, it has become a rogue federal agency of some 18,000 employees issuing unconstitutional mandates and living off of huge, unreasonable fines against businesses and individuals that it targets, and that do not have the means to fight the out-of-control behemoth. The EPA levied a fine against the Wal-Mart Corporation of $110 million for the improper disposal of pesticide products returned to their stores, and the list goes on.
Another story in the news deals with a 77-year old Montana resident who simply wanted to provide watering holes on his property for his horses and to protect his property from fire. The EPA instead has decided to make an example of the senior citizen and to completely destroy his life.

EPA has been “out of control” under Obama for years…… bureaucrats and their ill gotten “power” have systematically destroyed private property rights, family businesses and multiple “lives” …..not because of legitimate enviro concerns but just ” because they can!” Time to destroy it for a change!

This is what happens when an Federal Agency runs wild. This is why the EPA must be reigned in and forced to operate in a moral fashion.
The people in this country need to get behind these farmers and ranchers, to stop this type of behavior. The EPA has a place on our society, but at times they completely overstep their bonds.
When will the madness stop…?
He should be out soon. Trump will take care of him. Maybe he can put most of the current EPA administrators in jail themselves.

Oh but that’s right we helped them get the power to rule our lives and claim we are free?????? And tell me how you own water??? Who did you buy it from???? And if it’s his land how can you arrest him for building what he wants on it. How come you can build buildings almost a mile tall?? Shouldn’t they get fined and thrown into prison for invasion of space????$#%&!@*it just to throw it out there I bought the sky from God and the devil because they were co owners on it for their “business”… so anything 10 stories high is in violation of my air space. Violators will be prosecuted with $150,000 fine and 15 years in prison, any building exceeding the height limit will be tore down immediately……. now doesn’t this sound absolutely fucking stupid and insane…. hmmm government can probably make it happen, if they can benefit from it
