On Dec. 31, 2014 Utah began the process to retake 31.2 million acres of its own land previously under the control of the federal government. Utah consists of 54.3 million acres, so Washington was controlling more than 65% the state.
The “Transfer of Public Lands Act”, signed by Utah Gov. Gary Herbert in 2012, is an unprecedented move that directly challenges the authority of the federal government.
Now, since the reclaim has taken place, Utah is gearing up to fight the feds.
MOVE ON TO PAGE 2:
Good job Utah!
Go Utah.
Good stand up agents thugs !
To the Wanna-be-Dictator of the United States of America: America won her independence from dictatorial reign with perseverance and we will always stand strong. Be as you may, we will outlast you and there will never be another like you. America was built “of the people, by the people and for the people”. The Constitution written: “We the People” and you took an oath to uphold that Constitution not change it to meet your whims and desires. We welcome those of other nationalities with open arms as long as they follow the “guidelines” but not this way. You are placing an uncalled burden on American tax payers for your actions to a country whose citizens deserve more respect than you have ever given any of us.
If you are a Utahn or have been, what do you think?
If the government is the enemy, and Obama and Reid wish to sell the American lands like real-estate agents, this needs to happen everywhere.
I’m a Native Texan and I agree with Gary.
Oh Hell! no. I knew Utah was up to something perverted.
Go Utah
I HOPE the head line is so true. The federal government is out of control.
