Mr. Obama has a legacy. Unfortunately, it is a bad one. It relates to those he nominated to become federal judges. As lifetime appointments, these poor choices live on after a president’s term is over.
The Bundy case is a national disgrace as even a journalist covering it has been the subject of outrageous criminal charges.
While our focus on judicial appointments is most heavily directed at those who are nominated to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, those serve on lower courts hold vitally important decisions as well in that only a very small percentage of court cases ever reach the Supreme Court.

Its time for this judge to go PERIOD , Laws are made from the constitution so if she’s not going to do her job by following it she should be removed by force and if she’s broken any laws and i mean any she should be put in prison

Mind you, I’m not advocating that anyone should do this, but can you imagine what would happen if judges like this simply began to disappear? And I mean, REALLY disappear…….as in, never seen or heard from again. No groups claiming credit, no discovered shallow grave, no ransom notes, no nothing…… simply disappear. It’s not like it would be difficult to do.
3 or 4 disappearing like that, and it wouldn’t be long before judges like that would find more profitable employment in another line of work. Again…..NOT urging anyone to do this, but when you contemplate how easy it would be, it speaks to the great forbearance of The People that it hasn’t started happening yet. But some day, that forbearance will wear thin enough that fascist judges and politicians begin simply disappearing. No explanation, no trail, no nothing. Nobody to blame.
