Mr. Obama has a legacy. Unfortunately, it is a bad one. It relates to those he nominated to become federal judges. As lifetime appointments, these poor choices live on after a president’s term is over.
The Bundy case is a national disgrace as even a journalist covering it has been the subject of outrageous criminal charges.
While our focus on judicial appointments is most heavily directed at those who are nominated to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, those serve on lower courts hold vitally important decisions as well in that only a very small percentage of court cases ever reach the Supreme Court.

She has no business as a judge because she violates the Constitution and laws
Did this POS judge taken her oath on a Bible, a Quran or just not take an oath at all? She is absolutely violating the US Constitution and this mans rights to a fair trial! She took an oath to up hold the Constitution and not to pitch it out so she can make up her own rules and laws! To tell him he was only allowed to plead guilty, to make a statement in his own behalf, and be declared guilty! F’ing unbelievable! She needs removed, by what ever means necessary, I’m are a higher court would agree she needs removed!

To my way of thinking, she has violated her oath of office and should be removed from that office and any other judgeship. Banning the Constitution in her courtroom is in violation of her oath of office. It also marks her as a dictator, not a judge. Being appointed a judge should have term limits as well as an overseer during the term of office. Knowing she will be a judge for life turns my stomach.
Sounds like judge, and I use that term very loosely, should be disbarred for her illegal bias!
