Mr. Obama has a legacy. Unfortunately, it is a bad one. It relates to those he nominated to become federal judges. As lifetime appointments, these poor choices live on after a president’s term is over.
The Bundy case is a national disgrace as even a journalist covering it has been the subject of outrageous criminal charges.
While our focus on judicial appointments is most heavily directed at those who are nominated to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, those serve on lower courts hold vitally important decisions as well in that only a very small percentage of court cases ever reach the Supreme Court.

Time to remove her from her place as a judge disbarred her
John Sullivan was removed from the Federal bench in the 1790s for idiocy. judge Hastings was removed for malfecence in the 80,s and then ran for Congress and won. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Chase was impeached by the Democratic Congress and put on trial in the Senate, because he had Federalist Views that upset Jefferson, he was acquited, thus establishing that a judge can’t be removed for being in the minority Party. These are the only men ever to be removed from the Federal Bench or to be impeached. But it can be done and should be done in the case if senility as in the case of Sullivan or for insanity. The only reason that judges who make bizzar rulings from the bench aren’t removed, is that The Supreme Court can reverse them. But to rule on things that the legislative branch haven’t passed is a violation of their oath and yes if the political will did exist they could be removed
And many on the left don’t like Judge Gorsuch because he puts the law above individuals. The opposite of this “Judge”.
