Mr. Obama has a legacy. Unfortunately, it is a bad one. It relates to those he nominated to become federal judges. As lifetime appointments, these poor choices live on after a president’s term is over.
The Bundy case is a national disgrace as even a journalist covering it has been the subject of outrageous criminal charges.
While our focus on judicial appointments is most heavily directed at those who are nominated to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, those serve on lower courts hold vitally important decisions as well in that only a very small percentage of court cases ever reach the Supreme Court.

She as the one who appointed her has no idea the meaning and understanding of the US Constitution. Thus she should be disbarred and removed from the bench

Jason, it said that his questioning of witnesses had been objected to, 50 times. It said nothing about the rulings on those objections. 50 objections during direct and cross examination, during the course of a trial, ain’t that many. If the article is accurate, as to the subject of the question that he was”silenced” for, then she has, for all practical purposes, guaranteed his success on appeal.
By not allowing him to raise the fact that the SAC in charge of the investigation at the heart of the charges against him, she has denied the introduction of exculpatory evidence. That is grounds for an immediate mis-trial, for Judicial misconduct.
Think someone needs to ban this judge from every courtroom
