Mr. Obama has a legacy. Unfortunately, it is a bad one. It relates to those he nominated to become federal judges. As lifetime appointments, these poor choices live on after a president’s term is over.
The Bundy case is a national disgrace as even a journalist covering it has been the subject of outrageous criminal charges.
While our focus on judicial appointments is most heavily directed at those who are nominated to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, those serve on lower courts hold vitally important decisions as well in that only a very small percentage of court cases ever reach the Supreme Court.
One of Mr. Obama’s appointees is in the middle of some very nasty controversy. More on page two.
Her job is to uphold the laws that are written courtroom law rules are already established her bending them or altering them in any way she should be fired.

Fire the$#%&!@* The constitution is number one in all cases.
Exactly what one would expect from a Judge appointed by a President who showed similar values. She has banned the US Constitution from her courtroom and by the power she invested in herself, removed a defendant’s RIGHT of self representation by calling it a “privilege”. It is not a privilege. It is a right.
Think she should be banned instead!
The judicial branch of government and that is to uphold the constitution of the United States and that’s it. Politics have no place in the judicial system if that’s the case than the executive branch should now rule over judicial proceedings
Get rid of all these liberal political judges and replace them with judges who will do their job in the judicial branch of government.
