Mr. Obama has a legacy. Unfortunately, it is a bad one. It relates to those he nominated to become federal judges. As lifetime appointments, these poor choices live on after a president’s term is over.
The Bundy case is a national disgrace as even a journalist covering it has been the subject of outrageous criminal charges.
While our focus on judicial appointments is most heavily directed at those who are nominated to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, those serve on lower courts hold vitally important decisions as well in that only a very small percentage of court cases ever reach the Supreme Court.
One of Mr. Obama’s appointees is in the middle of some very nasty controversy. More on page two.
She must be fired
Perhaps I’m ignorant. I’ll grant that. I readily welcome being shown the statues & laws which superceed prior Supreme Court rulings & Constitutional law…
As I understand it, in her appointment to the bench, she swore an oath to defend & uphold the law. Failure to do so, or intentional scorn of it, constitutes a violation of that oath & are grounds for punitive sanction, recusement or to be removed & disbarred.
This would seem to qualify. Therefore, the greater offense is that no one responsible for holding her accountable has reprimanded her or taken action. Name THEIR names herein as well. Further, raise this outcry to unignorable levels.
The headlines to this article, which I did not read, is total b******t. No judge can do as the headline states. Why do morons print this type of junk?
