Mr. Obama has a legacy. Unfortunately, it is a bad one. It relates to those he nominated to become federal judges. As lifetime appointments, these poor choices live on after a president’s term is over.
The Bundy case is a national disgrace as even a journalist covering it has been the subject of outrageous criminal charges.
While our focus on judicial appointments is most heavily directed at those who are nominated to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, those serve on lower courts hold vitally important decisions as well in that only a very small percentage of court cases ever reach the Supreme Court.

As an ex-prisoner tried and convicted under federal judges….
I was released in 2016 unconditionally and immediately in Texas.
My cases started in Florida and I was declared incompetent for asking for my constitutional rights under the law of religion , choice and freedom of exercise of such ..and free choice on other constitutionally allowed rights.
I also was sent to a mental health – in , prison unit..
Placed under very harsh conditions in FMC Fort Worth .
Also to a prison where I had been before .
And internal affairs,DOJ and inspector-general cases against some of those staff, ( for various matters involveing me) existed .
For 15 months I was threatened , harassed , maliciously and intentionally declared incompetent ans placed in harsh conditions with very severely mental disease women. In closed quarters and dangerous conditions..
Then the warden (because he was upset at me for reporting him ( as well as a lot of other stuff to do J extensively )
He used his authority to declare me a threat to society ,
So I could not be released immediately 6 months before my actual release ; on a separate case of a dismissal of a violation of probation Florida case which was the initial charge .
He sought to have me civilly committed for no reason. Which has occurred to many inmates there. Some still there asking for appeals of their cases , Justice to be served .. and they to be released rightfully.
Before my arrest I was denied proper federal court procedures , appropriate legal representation .. denied evidence , Witnesses and other testimony that supported my competency , Good Conduct and sincerelt held long time religion good practices and conducts .
All to support my allowed defense by ;and to ; the federal Court.
And because they did not like a dependent defending their self by the law and Constitution , not backing down to follow a due process process that was not beneficial ..
they declared me incompetent prematurely , sent me to a prison for a redundant psychological study for no reason ..
And knowing the outcome would be retaliation by staff who already had something against me from prior stays there . And for many reports to the officials against prison staff for abuse , rapes , murderr and neglect of inmates.
Because I stood my ground ..defended myself despite what was being done to me..
I ended up obtaining freedom from imprisonment and civil commitment.
But only after spending 15 months in a very severe mental health unit (with very dangerous and disturbed women)…
Had to face my internal affairs and Inspector General cases staff aggressors….
I had to fight for my constitutional rights to be upheld …
in a system who stated I have those right . And the right to be respected , of such.
Prolly an illegal…that’s why she doesn’t respect or abide by OUR Constitution……

There are Dictators in this country and they wear black robes.
She should be disbarred and fired. Judges have a very specific duty in upholding the Constitution, and that is in ensuring that the Defendants rights to due process are protected against predatory prosecution and corruption by law enforcement, prejudicial to the Defendants case… obviously, this Judge believes herself to be the law, not the arbiter of blind justice.

Then this judge needs to be removed. She must up hold the laws and rights of the constitution of the United States of America.
