According to President Obama, violent extremism is not exclusive to Islam. While he failed to cite any legitimate examples of where else and when extremism might of occurred in situations where Islam wasn’t involved, his disdain for people who speak out against it is becoming more and more evident.
And with the United Nations on his side, Obama is planning on using a global police force to counter jihadi forces, which according to him, include everybody except for actual jihadists. This plan would begin in American cities and eventually encompass the globe.

Like the UN has kept anywhere in the world safe. The only reason he would want this is so that he can claim martial law and stay in power. He takes away the power of the local police then wants a foreign army to cover the cities of America.
