United Arab Emerites Declares Dec 24th as Muhammad’s Birthday

On the occasion, Al Hammadi sent his regards to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and Their Highnesses Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates.

He also congratulated the people of the UAE and the Arab and Islamic nations on the occasion.

Did the powers that be in the UAE feel as if their prophet was being overshadowed by Jesus and they decided to do something legal to remedy it?  The timing is suspect.

The world will continue to celebrate Christmas, whether they celebrate Jesus is another story, but one highly doubts that the world will celebrate Mohammad’s birth.
