U.S. Leader In Fight Against ISIS Steps Down Over Frustrations

The leader of the U.S. war efforts against the Islamic State is steeping down, according to a new report. John R. Allen, whose tongue exhausting title is the Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL, will be exiting the job sometime in November. This yet to be public information comes from alleged Obama Administration officials, who claim the step down is reportedly due to a growing frustration with administration officials for not providing more resources for efficiently targeting IS on the ground.
