In this case a group of socialist nations, agree that the United Nations should establish an “International Tracing Instrument” that will allow the UN to track buying, selling, transfer and trading of small arms, light weapons and ammunition.
To be fair, the board that approved the UN report included “experts” from the United States, New Zealand and South Korea, which are ostensibly not as socialist as the other nations represented (more about that after the break), but the point is that the board approved the report, pushing forward efforts to control internal politics and firearms laws of member countries.
