TX Voter ID Law Quashed

Many Texas voters will be upset this election season. ABC News says identification will not be required from voters in the Lone Star State this year.

In 2011 a law came before a Federal Court, dealing with this issue. The Texas voter ID law which would require the voter to have with them a form of government ID such as a drivers license or an identification card. During the year 2011 this law was labeled as discriminatory.
