In order to quell speculation and rumor, both Trump and Japan’s media press corps were confined to rooms at the Jupiter golf club in Florida, with plastic over the windows to give Trump and Abe privacy as they golfed. Naturally, this didn’t stop them from filling the Internet with speculation, but when the meeting was over the Internet wildfires were quickly extinguished, with the exception of the meme’s made out of Donald Trump and Abe shaking hands. None of the press seems to be interested in the Fukushima nuclear disaster that’s ongoing and spewing radiation across the pacific. Strange that blasting our president has taken priority over all other issues with these glorified tabloid gossip column producers.
