This would more than double the best result for a Republican candidate in modern American history.
Democrats are well aware of just how crucial black votes are, which is why creating racial tension is so important to them.
Assuming the same number of black voters decide to show up at the polls next November, this is a good sign. It means that Hillary won’t get the same amount of support that Obama had, which already improves the chances of putting a republican in office.
