Traumatized Barron Trump Thought Griffin’s “Beheading Photo” was Real

Trump family sources tell us Barron was in front of the TV watching a show when the news came on and he saw the bloody, beheaded image. We’re told he panicked and screamed, “Mommy, Mommy!”

Griffin has apologized, but she admits that she only took the step to do so due to the backlash, not from her sudden realization that her actions were vile and despicable.

Here’s Judge Pirro taking her  down:

What Griffin likely doesn’t realize that the only action she’ll likely be getting is in prison if the law is followed.

Who is familiar with Class E felonies under federal law?

Kathy Griffin shared a photo yesterday showing her holding up the bloody dismembered head of President Trump.

Kathy Griffin sparked outrage across the political spectrum Tuesday when a photo surfaced of the edgy comedian holding aloft the bloody head of a dummy made to look like President Trump.

Much of the outcry on social media called for the Secret Service, the agency tasked with looking out for the president’s safety, to arrest Griffin for threatening the president.

Most of Hollywood deplores their president. Griffin is not the 1st or even 4th celebrity to talk about killing or harming President Trump. So, not surprisingly liberals are both giving the token tweet of disapproval while arguing Griffin only crime bad taste.

Griffin herself said she “crossed the line” in a video apology. But no matter how guilty Griffin was of bad taste, did she commit a crime?

Yes, threatening to kill the president is a crime. Donald Trump is your president whether you throw a fit or not and threatening to kill him is in violation of federal law.

Threats “knowingly and willfully” made against the president, president-elect, vice president or vice president-elect are a class E felony under federal law. That includes any “threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm” upon those officials.

While the Secret Service did not mention Griffin by name, the agency appeared to address the controversy in two tweets posted after the images had gone viral on social media.

President Trump has also spoken out against Kathy Griffin for terrifying his young son.

There might possibly be good thing that comes out of this classless threat against President Trump’s life. Liberals chiming up in support of Griffin are coming out against censorship.

Stanford University Law Professor Nathaniel Persily.

Persily cautioned against any attempt to prosecute Griffin because efforts to stifle speech usually just bring more fame to the speaker and more attention to their grievances, he said.

“When you try to clamp down on offensive speech, you actually expose more people to it,” Persily said.

Hypocrisy, irony and self-destruction they name is the liberal agenda.
